When Spelling Counts

I’m not sure why, but the best graphic designers I’ve worked with are horrible spellers. They don’t see words as anything other than shapes and images to arrange into a compelling design. That’s fine because of this cool invention called “Spell Check”.

A few weeks ago I spotted this van in Herndon, Va. which was advertising a signage company. Um, if you’re selling signage, I’m pretty sure spelling counts.

Furthermore, wouldn’t a logo of some sort be a better image to put on the side of your company’s van?¬†

Just a thought.
